A MOULDED DING-TYPE IVORY-GLAZED SOFT-PASTE OCTAGONAL BRUSH POT

The octagonal brush pot is moulded on each facet with twenty one Shou characters in various forms of seal script, the inverted mouth rim with a continuous band of floral scroll, all supported on four ruyi-shaped feet and covered with a crackled ivory glaze. The base is moulded with an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark.
