screenprint in colors on wove paper, 1967, stamp-numbered 68/250 (there were also 26 artist's proofs lettered A-Z), published by Factory Additions, New York, a 7 ½-in. vertical soft crease (with very minor associated ink loss in places to the left of the subject in the background), a 3-in. soft vertical crease in the neck of the subject, the reverse sheet unevenly toned with adhesive remains towards the sheet edges
