Set to the centre with a cabochon star sapphire, within a brilliant and marquise-cut diamond surround, with baguette-cut diamond detail, mounted in 18k gold, 5.6 cm long
Accompanied by report no. 78023 dated 22 January 2015 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the approximately 110.00 carat star sapphire is of Ceylon (Sri Lanka) origin, with no indications of heating, with a distinct star effect (asterism)
