For other white jade snuff bottles carved with chilong in relief, and a discussion on the Imperial subject of chi dragons, see H. Moss, V. Graham, and Ka Bo Tsang, A Treasury of Chinese Snuff Bottles, The Mary and George Bloch Collection, vol. 1, Jade, Hong Kong 1995, pp. 224-27, nos. 92 and 93, and pp. 242-43, no. 99, all of which are described as probably Imperial and attributed to the Palace Workshops, Beijing.
