Tasting note: Two notes. At the opening tasting: good nose; sweet, fleshy, fullish flavour and body, easy, thanks to richness masking the tannin. Most recently: similar appearance; attractive nose, touch of liquorice; rich, quite an attack, tannin more noticeable. Last tasted Sept 2005 (****) 2012 – 2020. M.B.
