Oval, on four ball feet, with reeded border, the centre engraved with the Royal arms and a later crest within the Garter motto beneath marquess' coronet, marked underneath
7.1/2 in. (19 cm.) long
7 oz. 16 dwt. (243 gr.)
The Royal arms are those of King George III (r.1760-1820).
The crest is that of Stewart, probably for Charles, 3rd Marquess of Londonderry K.G. (1778-1854).
