Arabic manuscript on Chinese paper, 256ff., each folio with 15ll. of black sini script, sura headings and verse markers originally in red now highlighted in gold, text within double red rules, some marginal markers later added in gold and polychrome, others in red, opening and closing bifolios with gold and polychrome illuminated panels probably original, Qur'anic text preceded and followed with prayers, in original brown morocco binding with blue cloth doublures
