Construction Regime, B.P. 11, from the Construction Regime series, is based on a state of transformation of the appearances - not of mega-industrial but instead of techno-cities, intertwined with brutalism and a structure of gloom. Its dense pattern and organised form indicates a cold universe that excludes living creatures. Squeezed, twisted and interwoven, this vertical universe hides a stifling pleasure. This heaven of annexes is another representation of Marinetti's poems, here written in concrete. A unit-movement in the painting cuts into a systematic visual network, without being disconnected from the whole. Thus, this network creates a connection between the smallest and biggest unit. This built image veils the medium and, in a manner, assigns it to other mediums. It actually speaks to the language of the possibilities offered by computers and printing technologies.
