The present watch is number 24 of 50 pieces in a limited edition done to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Apollo and Soyuz spacecrafts docked in orbit on July 17th, 1975. This symbolized the joining of the U.S. and Soviet space programs, and after the docking, the crews visited each others' spacecrafts.
