With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with center seconds and Breguet numerals in 1912 and its subsequent sale on December 17th, 1918.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

This is the only known example of a Patek Philippe minute repeater combined with center seconds. This elegant combination of complications makes for an elegant layout that perfectly exemplifies the understated dominance, past and present, of Patek Philippe's mastery of the art of making minute repeaters.
