EIGHT KESI 'DRAGON' ROUNDELS
LATE 19TH CENTURY
Four are woven with a full frontal dragon, of which one roundel is split, and four with a dragon in profile, each writhing about the flaming pearl amidst clouds, various Buddhist emblems including bats and swastika symbols. There are a few painted details. Each with label Christian-Thornette and 84.
