SIGNED NARSING PRASHING, PROBABLY HYDERABAD, INDIA, DATED SAFAR AH 1319/JUNE-JULY 1901
Ink and watercolour on cloth, arranged as a tree rising from a vase flanked by peacocks, the name of the Prophet Adam at the base and rising to names of the Prophets and saints of Islam, possibly of the Qadiriyya sufi order to 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani as well as various names of Nawabs from the Asupjah family, laid down on cloth with suspension loops at top, dated in a cartouche along the bottom edge and within some of the top medallions
