Of rectangular form, decorated with an Indian prince receiving instruction from an elder while being waited upon by two servants, the reverse with the Holy Family, a domed pavilion in the background, the base with two female figures kneeling to before a high priest in a landscape, the borders with polychrome and gilt floral scrolling tendrils; together with a mirror case decorated with gilt foliage on black ground, the reverse plain, possibly a binding reworked as a mirro case
