A RARE JADE CARVING OF A SHELL WITH A THREE-LEGGED TOAD

The solid shell is realistically carved retaining the opaque, mottled buff skin of the stone to imitate the exterior of the shell from which emerges a lotus sprig supporting a three-legged toad, the two carved from the white interior of the stone.
