the arched case surmounted by the figure of a woman, her hair tied up with flowers, holding a cornucopia, her foot resting on a shell, flanked by a sphere supported by a nimbus and with band of zodiacal symbols, the case cast with flowers and amorini in swan chariots, on stepped block base with frieze of cavorting amorini and anthemion border, on palmette scroll feet, the twin going barrel movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on bell -- 25½in.(65cm.) high
