Tasting note: Interestingly, bottled barrel by barrel. Two similar notes, alongside. Fairly deep and, after 13 years, still nowhere near full maturity; nose rich, fairly tangy and deep, quickly opens up; rich, creamy 'chocolate cream', harmonious and complete after an hour; on the palate distinctly sweet, powerful, opening up magnificently, after two hours lovely, mouthfilling, still tannic.
