Painted to the exterior with a magpie perched on a wisteria vine overlapping a rose branch rising from the foot, with iron-red three- character mark da ya zhai beside on oval seal mark, the base with iron-red four-character mark yong qing chang chun, ('eternal joy and everlasting spring')
