A FINE JUN-GLAZED LOTUS-BUD SHAPED WATER POT
YUAN/EARLY MING DYNASTY, 14TH CENTURY
The water pot is finely potted with a globular body tapering towards a narrow mouth. It is covered overall with a thick glaze of milky lavender-blue tone with a faint purplish tinge, thinning to mushroom at the rim and ending irregularly above the biscuit foot.
