Tasting note: Very high percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon: 88 (Merlot 10.2 no Cabernet Franc or Petit Verdot in the Grand Vin). Opaque, intense; low-keyed but harmonious nose; medium sweetness and body (12.9 alcohol), good Cabernet-dominated flavour and flesh. Seemed to become sweeter in the glass, excellent length and finish. At the château, April 2006 (*****) 2020-2040 M.B.
