With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 29 June 2000, additional 18k pink gold case back, setting pin, sales tag, instruction manual, product literature and a fitted pouch. Furthermore delivered with the Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch with opaline dial adn 12 indexes in rose gold in 1999 and its subsequent sale on 24 January 2000.

Fresh to the market, the present lot is in overall very good condition.
Reference 3940 was launched in 1985 and discontinued in 2006. Reference 3940 is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 292-293.
