KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The dish is enamelled at the centre with a female Immortal holding a ruyi with her attendant carrying a bundle of scrolls tied with ribbons suspended from a long staff, both standing below iron-red bats in flight and behind a carriage drawn by a spotted deer. The reverse has three rows of stylised Shou characters written in sepia. The base bears an apocryphal Chenghua reign mark.
