Compare a Yuan 'dragon' finial on a celadon jade censer in the Palace Museum, Beijing, illustrated in The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum - Jadeware (II), Hong Kong, 1995, pl. 182. Also see a similar 'dragon' finial carved with lotus sprays, which sold in our Hong Kong rooms, 1 June 2011, lot 3930.
