Marked Woman was released in 1937, so this Belgian poster was printed during World War 2. Due to the need for paper rationing at the time, it was not uncommon for cinema posters to be printed on paper that had already been used for something completely different. This particular poster was printed on the reverse of packaging for Brie cheese, and this can be seen clearly through the poster when it is held up to the light.
