The 2008 Latour is lovely, opening slightly now on the nose, with a smoky, rich plum and blackcurrant fruit character with an undertone of chocolate and freshly toasted oak. On the palate the wine is full bodied without being astringent. Nice length and good balance. At the property, March 2011
