Gilt brass lever movement, 17 jewels, white dial, Roman numerals, minute division, 18k yellow gold empire-style case, polished bezel, spring-loaded front cover, reeded band, both hinged covers finely painted on enamel bouquet of flowers including pansies, peonies roses and tulips.
