The rounded sides of the bowl finely decorated in grisaille with a bird in flight amidst hibiscus and chrysanthemum, inscribed in iron-red below the everted mouth rim with the characters, Dayazhai, beside the Tian Di Yi Jia Chun sealmark, all reserved on turquoise-ground, further decorated with gilt on the mouth rim and above the ring foot, the base bearing the characters, Yong Qing Chang Chun in iron-red
