拍品专文

It is very rare to find a Longquan celadon jar moulded with figures. A related jar of similar size decorated with sprays of peach and pomegranate alternating with Chinese four characters is illustrated by J. Ayers, The Baur Collection, vol. I, London, 1968, pl. 108; another jar of similar design reserved in biscuit was sold at Christie's London, 21 June 2001, lot 94.
