The sides embellished with garlands of fruit and foliage in high relief, the front panel centered by a nude Cupid below a large bow formed of the garland ribbons, the space above the festoons with gorgoneia, bull's heads at the four corners; the back panel centered by an eagle, lion-head protomes above the festoons, the short ends each with lion-head protomes; the gabled lid with acroteria
