Each collet-set with an oval-shaped spinel weighing 3.90 and 3.54 carats, within a mother-of-pearl border, to the pavé-set diamond surround, mounted in 18k rose gold, 3.2 cm long
Accompanied by report no. GRS2008-091283 dated 11 September 2008 from the Gem Research Swiss Lab stating that the 3.90 and 3.54 carat spinels are natural, with no indication of treatments
