Cal. 10''' nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, engine-turned snap on back decorated with translucent green enamel, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, centred by a painted gold floral decoration, circular case, band with diamond-set and white champlevé enamel geometrical decoration, bezel set with raised gold scroll and leaf-shaped amethyst decoration, similarly decorated openwork hinged back, matching 18K gold, green enamel, diamond and amethyst-set brooch, movement signed by maker and retailer and numbered

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet numerals and gold ornament, green enamel back, chased half-openface case with Byzantine style decoration and set with amethysts in 1895 and its subsequent sale on 7 October 1898.

The designation "half open-face" was used for watches with wider bezels than usual and which were often finely decorated.
