The oval stand pierced with acanthus leaves and rocaille, with four heraldic lion supports, supporting an oval entree dish with conforming border, the spiral fluted domed cover surmounted by thistle, shamrock and rose finial, the stand with detachable central spirit burner, the sleeve 1851, fully marked, the dish also stamped GARRARDS Panton Street LONDON
