With nickel finished jewelled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, minute repeating on two gongs, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, pierced gold hands, two subsidiary dials indicating 30 minute register and constant seconds, the plain case (No. 270473) with engraved initials to the front cover, repeating slide and chronograph button in the band, together with original fitted Patek Philippe wooden presentation box and additional crystal, case, dial and movement signed
