Each oblong, the screw caps engraved 'T' and 'L', engraved with 'WRIV' monogram within the Garter motto and below a Royal crown, the second pair further engraved with initials below a viscounts' coronet, one pair with internal stoppers, marked underneath

The first initials are those of King William IV. (4)
