The square-section cross with engraved and black enamel decoration depicting an hour glass, skull, and the letters IHS the reverse depicting the symbols of the "Passion" with central rose, the front hinged to reveal a compartment to contain a relic, suspending three pearl drops, to a loop suspension, circa 1680, please note that the pearls have not been tested for natural origin
