The seated goddess wearing a long close-fitting garment, wearing tripartite wig surmounted by double-plumes, cow horns, sun-disc and uraeus, her head with finely incised mane and whiskers, both her arms bent at the elbow, with clenched fists holding now missing attributes, her feet resting on a square plinth with an incised hieroglyphic inscription reading: "May Wadjet give life (to) the servant of Anubis Djediwefankh, son of the servant of Anubis Djedher, born of Wadjet (...)", mounted
