Circular on four twisted ropework ball feet, enameled throughout with stylized flowers and foliage in blue, turquoise, purple, white and green, the interior centering a stylized flowerhead medallion enameled in green and shades of blue, all beneath a twisted ropework border and band of alternating light and dark blue lozenges, the scroll handles enameled in blue with gilt stars, marked under base
