Oviform, each of the four sides centering an enameled gold foil inclusion of a floral spray including narcissus, orange, violet and a rose blossom issuing four buds, above a faceted stem and stepped circular grid-cut foot, the ormolu stoppers as scrolling acanthus

At the time of cataloguing, the present example is one of two known, the other example (lacking stoppers) is part of the Peck Bequest, The Corning Museum of Glass, New York.

It is interesting to note that this divided vessel was likely intended to contain the four essences of the flowers depicted.
