The hoop formed of two plain wires voluted where they join the oval bezel, a granule at the volute and on each side of the bezel, a plain filigree wire at the side, set with a flat oval stone engraved with an eagle standing on an altar, its head turned back, a wreath in its beak, framed by military standards
