Of oval section with upright hinged loop handle, the sides finely cast with a scene depicting lively boys at play in a continuous landscape, the details well highlighted in gilt; repeated with a similar scene on the pierced cover, the base incised Yunjian Hu Wenming zhi, 'Made by Hu Wenming of Yunjian', enclosed within a rectangular cartouche
