Comprising: two cylindrical bottles; a similar jar; an oval jar and an oval flask with detachable plated cup, the covers and cup all engraved with 'AVCE' monogram with Royal duke's coronet above, marked on sides of four lids, with manuscript note
the largest 7 in. (17.8cm.) high
The monogram is for The Prince Albert Victor (1864-1892), later Duke of Clarence and Avondale, eldest son of Kind Edward VII (r.1900-1910).

The pencil note in Queen Mary's handwriting reads 'For little Edward's future dressing bag.' (5)
