Faddey Venediktovich Bulganin (1789-1859) was a prolific right-wing journalist and writer, and founder of the literary journal 'The Northern Bee', who found himself the object of many of Pushkin's epigrams. Already published in 1926 in his book Les Marques de la Porcelain russe. In his book published in 1926, Les Marques de la Porcelaine russe, the collector A. Rozembergh mentioned the fact that porcelain figures by the Terekhov and Kisselev factory were produced in small numbers and have always been considered rare.
