The rectangular marble top above a spreading foliate-cast frieze, the moulding signed F. Linke, over a pair of rectangular cupboard doors each set with a glazed panel over an inlaid flower-filled vase within an ormolu encadrement, the angles mounted with acanthus clasps and trailing bell-flowers, each side set with a similarly-framed circular glazed reserve over a lozenge parquetry panel, above a wavy apron and paw-cast sabots, the lock stamped CT LINKE/SERRURERIE/PARIS and 1300
