A WEST MIDLANDS OAK AND MAHOGANY CROSS-BANDED DRESSER
LATE 18TH CENTURY
With three drawers, wavy apron and cabriole legs
34½in. (88cm.) high; 76in. (193cm.) wide; 19in. (49cm.) deep
来源
This dresser came from a farmhouse in Leominster, Herefordshire to the London home of the vendor's family in the 1930's.

This is a particularly good example of a dresser type found across The Midlands from the Welsh borders through Shropshire, Staffordshire and Leicestershire. The cabriole leg and this type of frieze are common. This particular dresser retains its original willow or poplar drawer linings and original metal work.
注意事项
No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 15% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis.
