Anne-Marie d'Orléans, Queen of Sardinia, (1666-1728) was the daughter of Philippe d'Orléans, the brother of King Louis XIV of France, and Henrietta Anne Stuart, the daughter of King Charles I of England. Through her marriage to Vittorio Amedeo II, King of Sicily and Sardinia (1666-1732), her descendant King Carlo Emanuele IV (1751-1819) became the titular Jacobite claimant to the British crown on the death of Cardinal York.
