A FINE FLAMBE-GLAZED VASE, FANGHU
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)

Of rectangular section, moulded on either side with a peach-form panel, supported on a conforming foot and applied with two lug-handles at the waisted neck, covered overall in a characteristic red glaze streaked with shades of lavender and blue and thinning to cream at the rim, on the handles and indented corners, the interior of the foot covered with yellowish-brown glaze
