the walnut burr case with lignum vitae stringing and veneers and with green plush lining to the interior, with tray fitted to hold sixteen dental punches all with turned agate handles and silver mounts to steel punches, the base fitted to hold ten similar instruments, (nine scalers and a tongue-depressor) and with central lidded area
