AN ART DECO INLAYED AND PATINATED BRONZE FIGURE, cast from a model by P. Devriez, of a partly dressed female figure standing in contraposta on tiptoe with one leg bent and placed behind the other, her arms turned to her right and holding a large swirling shawl turned around her right shoulder and back and draped around her waist and extending to form her skirt, the dark patinated drapery inlaid with a light patinated curvelinear and dotted pattern, her stylized head covered with a cap, the figure standing on a circular turned base surmounted on domed cylindrical black marble sockle carved with horizontal ribs, signed in the bronze base P. Devriez.
