The central deity with eleven heads and thousand arms standing on a lotus throne backed by a pink and blue mandorla, dressed in richly gilt robes, encircled clockwise from top by red Amitayus with eight hands, Shakyamuni Buddha, green Vajravidarana, standing green Tara, standing blue Vajrapani, black Chaturbhuja Mahakala, white four-armed Ganapati, red two-armed Hayagriva, white Achala, black Shadbhuja Mahakala, standing orange Manjushri, standing white Tara, Maitreya in the form of a Buddha, red Amitabha Buddha, and white Vajrasattva, an inscription at the bottom bearing the date
