Rectangular, the front with two recesses holding teeth and engraved, "Two teeth from the six pointer", the reverse with engraved presentation inscription, "To H.C.B from C.B.M Christmas 1907, a souvenir of 'Right and Left' at Stags-at Glengorm-September 2nd. 1907.
