Comparable in handling to a drawing exhibited at the Galerie Gismondi, A. Stein, Dessins Espagnols, Paris, 1991, no. 58. The Stein drawing also shows the same framing probably of trompe l'oeil lethaer and the same technique of stumped-like wash.
